Charles Breed, VP, Corporate Development, SAP 

Charles Breed is VP of Corporate Development at Business Objects where he is responsible for all strategic transactions from identification, negotiations through integration within Business Objects.  He a key member of the SAP Integration team.  Breed brings to Secorix's Advisory Board tremendous experience at both the board and operational level within a company.  He has experience in creating revenue growth and market expansion through inorganic methods, including mergers and acquisitions.  In his career he has managed the acquisition of over 20 companies totaling over $500 million over the past ten years.  Prior to Business Objects Mr. Breed was a key member of Symantec's M&A team.  Prior to Symantec, Mr. Breed held positions at Securify (VP Business Development), McAfee/PGP (Business Development), and product marketing positions at CISCO and Hewlett-Packard.

Mr. Breed holds an MBA from University of Phoenix, and a BS from the University of San Francisco.

Charlie Jadallah, VP, Business Development, Merchant e-Solutions

Mr. Jadallah has extensive strategic and hands-on business experience in the financial services, payment systems, and e-commerce fields. Prior to Merchant e-Solutions, he worked in Oracle Corporation's corporate and business development groups, launching e-commerce, venture capital, and business development strategies. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Jadallah worked for Netscape Communications as the Senior Director of Business Development for the global financial services sector from 1994-1998. Prior to Netscape, he spent 13 years at Visa USA/International in key positions including strategic planning, business/product development, and network planning/information systems.

Mr. Jadallah holds an MBA from the College of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Finance and Investments from San Diego State University.
